摘要：习近平总书记在十九大报告中提出乡村振兴战略，建设美丽乡村的美好愿景已经成为社会上下的共识。近年来，在城市更新的进程中，中国乡村由于具有不同地域的差异性和多元性，其在城市更新的进程中表现出不同经济结构模式和阶级人口更新等一系列的“乡村绅士化”现象。伴随中国乡村绅士化的发展与推进，引发了乡村绅士化进程中人口迁移或置换、乡村景观空间的更新与重塑、乡村经济结构模式的建设与重构等一系列问题。本研究从中国乡村绅士化的角度出发，辨析中西方绅士化的差异，解释中国语境下乡村绅士化发展的背景与形成条件、发展过程以及影响机制，提出相应的建议与对策，以期为城市更新环境下中国乡村的转型、更新与发展提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract：General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the rural revitalization strategy in his report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The vision of building a beautiful countryside has become the consensus of the whole society. In recent years，due to the difference and pluralism of different regions，Chinese villages show a series of “Gentrification”phenomena in the process of urban renewal，including different economic structure models and class population renewal. With the development and advancement of rural gentrification in China，a series of problems have arisen in the process of rural gentrification，such as population migration or replacement，renewal and reconstruction of rural landscape space，construction and reconstruction of rural economic structure model. From the perspective of rural gentrification in China，the authors analyze the differences between Chinese and Western gentrification，explains the formation conditions，development process and influence mechanism of rural gentrification in the Chinese context，and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures，in the hope of providing reference for the transformation，renewal and development of rural China in the context of urban renewal.
