摘要健康是一个人成长和实现幸福生活的基础，是国家富强和人民幸福的重要标志。多年来，新加坡将提高公民健康素养列为卫生保健的重要策略，除了通过国家立法、税收等举措进行强有力的规定，更注重在中小学开展广泛、深入的全面健康教育，取得了明显成效。《科学》是新加坡小学普遍开设的一门基础课程，也是进行学校健康教育所依托的一门重要课程。本文对现行新加坡《科学》教材中涉及的健康教育内容和实施途径，进行系统梳理和分析，探讨对我国发展和完善学校健康教育的启示。

Content and Enlightenment of Health Education in "Science" Textbook in Singapore

Abstract： Health is the basis for one’s growth and Realization of a happy life. It is an important symbol of national prosperity and people’s happiness. Over the years， Singapore has listed improving citizens’ health litera？ cy as an important strategy for health care. In addition to strong provisions through national legislation， taxation and other measures， Singapore has paid more attention to carrying out extensive and in-depth comprehensive health education in primary and secondary schools， and achieved remarkable results. Science is a basic course widely offered in primary schools in Singapore， and it is also an important course for school health education. This paper systematically combs and analyzes the contents and implementation approaches of health education in？ volved in the current science textbook in Singapore， and discusses the enlightenment to the development and im？ provement of school health education in China.

健康是一个人成长和实现幸福生活的基础，是国家富强和人民幸福的重要标志。当前，新冠肺炎疫情在全世界普遍暴发，让更多的人意识到生命安全与健康教育的重要性。作为拥有14亿多人口的中国，更应将公民健康视为国家资产的重要组成部分，将提升健康素养列为新世纪我国公民健康教育的首要任务。
