摘要课程思政是当前高职院校思政教育教学改革的重要方向之一。围绕高职院校专业教育需求开展课程思政教育，可以在更深层次为高职院校思政教育发展提供有力支持与帮助，使高职院校思政教育不再受限于教育环境、教育条件等诸多导向因素，确保高职院校能切实将专业人才道德品质、政治文化信仰等作为其教育发展基本依托，以期构建高职院校思政教育发展新生态。校基础教育课程规划布置不合理、缺乏良好教育资源支持是最为突出的显示困境，思政改革需立足创新高职院校人才教育培养新机制、新体系思政教学培训才能实现质的突破。

AbstractCurriculum ideological and political education is one of the important directions of Ideological and political educationandteachingreforminhighervocationalcolleges.Carryingoutcurriculumideologicalandpoliticaleducationarou nd the needs of professional education in higher vocational colleges can provide favorable support and help for the developmentofIdeologicalandpoliticaleducationinHigherVocationalCollegesatadeeperlevel，sothattheideologicaland politicaleducationinhighervocationalcollegesisnolongerlimitedtomanyguidingfactorssuchaseducationalenvironment and educational conditions， so as to ensure that higher vocational colleges can effectively integrate the moral quality of professional talents Political and cultural beliefs as the basic support for its educational development，inorderto build anew ecologyforthedevelopmentofIdeologicalandpoliticaleducationinhighervocationalcolleges.Themostprominentdilemma is the unreasonable curriculum planning and layout of basic education and the lack of good educational resource support. The ideological and political reform needs to be based on the innovation of the new mechanism and system of talent education and traininginhighervocationalcolleges，soastoachieveaqualitativebreakthroughinIdeologicalandpoliticalteachingandtraining.

1高職院校课程思政教学改革的基本特征

课程思政指以构建全员、全程、全课程育人格局的形式将各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应，把“立德树人”作为教育的根本任务的一种综合教育理念。培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人是教育的根本问题，与高校思想政治工作密切相关，也是当下推进“课程思政”建设的核心要义。高职院校课程思政基本特征有三点：第一，讲求立德树人、协同育人，利用协同教育发展机制，从立体化教育发展角度开展思政教育工作，改变思政教育独立于教育体系之外基本现状。使思政教育真正意义融入高职院校学生学习、生活，以生活实践为根本基础……
