摘要教育部的《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》指出，要在课程教学中坚持马克思主义为指导，加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学学科体系、学术体系、话语体系。在劳动经济学的课程思政教学中，运用好中国特色马克思主义政治经济学解决中国劳动力市场问题，本文从方法论、失业的成因和治理、经济危机、劳动力供给和需求、收入分配理论、工资决定理论、人口对经济的影响这些角度探讨马克思主义政治经济学对劳动经济学课程思政建设的启示。

The Construction of Ideological and Political In the Course of Labor Economics

AbstractIn the guiding outline for ideological and political construction of courses in colleges and universities issued by the Ministryof education， we should insist in Marxism as theguidancein curriculum teaching， acceleratingthe construction of the discipline system of philosophy and social sciences， academic system， discourse system with Chinese characteristics. This paper discusses the enlightenment of Marxist political economics to the ideological and political construction of labor economicsfromtheperspectivesofmethodology，thecausesandgovernanceofunemployment，economiccrisis，laborsupply and demand， income distribution theory， wage determination theory and the impact of population on economy.

1劳动经济学的教学现状

劳动经济学发展至今，是一个见证制度经济学范式衰落，主流经济学范式逐渐取而代之的过程。劳动经济学是对劳动力资源配置市场经济活动过程中的劳动力需求和供给行为，及其影响因素的分析和研究。

在现阶段国内的教材中，劳动经济学的理论基础是西方经济学，在西方经济学的发展史上，曾经大量得益于综合，在不断发展的过程中有不断的自我修正，但是西方经济学仍有大量的不足之处。有的学生认为劳动经济学枯燥乏味，这是因为劳动经济学的理论基础是西方经济学，需要用到西方经济学的分析工具，学习劳动经济学就有畏难的情绪。

2劳动经济学需要课程思政建设

在教育部的《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》中指出，全面推进课程思政建设，就是要寓价值观引导于知识传授和能力培养之中，帮助学生塑造正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，这是人才培养的应有之义，更是必备内容。……
