摘要思想政治教育作为我国高等教育体系中不可或缺的一部分，其在培养当代大学生健全的人格、正确的三观方面发挥着至关重要的作用。伴随着“中国制造2025”的提出，高等教育越来越关注大学生“工匠精神”的培养，“工匠精神”作为一种追求精益求精、极致完美的职业精神，也是推动我国向“创新型国家”转变的重要举措。因此在新形势下，如何在大学生思想政治教育中渗透“工匠精神”成为高校思政教师亟待解决的重大课题。

On the Strategy Analysis of Infiltrating Craftsman Spirit in College Students’ Ideological and Political Education

AbstractAs an indispensable part of China’s higher education system， ideological and political education plays a vital role in cultivating contemporary college students’ sound personality and correct three views. With the proposal of"made in China 2025"， higher education pays more and more attention to the cultivation of "craftsmanspirit" of college students. As a professional spirit pursuing excellence and perfection， craftsman spirit is also an important measure to promote China’s transformation to an "innovative country". Therefore， under the new situation， how to infiltrate"craftsman spirit" into college students’ Ideological and political education has become an important issue to be solved by College Ideological and political teachers.

習近平总书记提出：当代高等教育的主要任务是培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的社会主义事业建设者与接班人，而这一任务实现必须坚持正确的政治方向，立德树人作为高校的立身之本，要想培养出一流的人才，将自身打造成世界一流大学，其前提是始终围绕全面提升人才培养能力这一核心，并以此推动高校其他工作的开展。从上述内容中可以看出，思想政治教育在高校中的重要性。而在大学生思想政治教育中渗透“工匠精神”，不仅丰富了思想政治教育的内容，而且还能实现“工匠精神”的传承与发扬，赋予“工匠精神”鲜明的时代特征。

1“工匠精神”的内涵分析

“工匠精神”代表的是一种职业精神，主要是用于反映从业人员的职业理念、工作态度以及各种职业相关价值取向的精神。“工匠精神”关注的是从业工作者关于产品方面精益求精的态度，要求他们在工作中通过精雕细琢，从而进一步提升产品的质量，彰显了从业者对职业道德、个体职业发展以及专业技能的不断追求。……
