摘要随着人们生活水平的提高，对心理健康的关注和探索也日益增多，心理学的研究日益深入并不断分化，分化了其他的心理学分支科学，心理学的重要性可见一斑。而在20世纪末逐渐兴起的积极心理学，逐渐走到人们视野的中心，让人们看到了更多的可能性。积极心理学用积极的心态，来面对人们心理层面呈现出来许多现象，能够做出不同以往的应对方案，用接纳、欣赏、鼓励重新认识人们的潜在意识、心理愿望和主管想法，从而调动积极的力量，唤醒自身存在的优秀品质。积极心理学也浸入到了社会生活的各个方面，人们也尝试在家庭教育中，运用积极心理学的理念，来分析和讨论不同的现实问题，构建和谐亲子关系，具有更加现实的意义。

On the Application of Positive Psychology in Practice

AbstractWiththeimprovementofpeople’slivingstandards，moreandmoreattentionandexplorationarepaidtomental health. Theresearchofpsychology is becoming more and more in-depth and differentiated，which has differentiatedother branches of psychology. The importance of psychology can be seen. Positive psychology， whichgradually rose at the end of the 20th century， gradually came to the center of people’s vision， allowing people to see more possibilities. Positive psychologyusesapositiveattitudetofacemanyphenomenainpeople’spsychologicallevel.Itcanmakedifferentresponse plans from the past， and use acceptance， appreciation and encouragement to re understand people’s potential consciousness， psychological aspirations and supervisor ideas， so as to mobilize positiveforces and awaken theirown excellent qualities. Positive psychology has also been immersed in all aspects of social life. People also try to use the concept of positive psychology in family education to analyze and discuss different practical problems and build a harmonious parent-child relationship， which has more practical significance.

1積极心理学关注的重点

美国当代著名心理学家马丁·塞利格曼被誉为“积极心理学之父”，在1998年他被选为美国心理协会主席，他倡议建立积极心理学这一门学科，并在随后的研究中，提出了从“习得性无助”到“习得性乐观”的教育方向和方法。心理学从人们熟知的治疗的印象中，走到一个新的方向，从如何预防的角度，来规避病态心理现象的发生。积极心理学用崭新的视角，乐观的态度，指导人们去解决生活和工作中面临的问题。

积极的主观方面的体验也是积极心理学研究的主要内容之一，简单来说就是“昨天、今天和明天”，昨天是已经过去的经历或者从前的事情所带来的心理满足和幸福感受；……
