摘要延边大学经济管理学院通过不断地改革与实践，建立了具有鲜明特征的产学研合作机制，形成了经济管理类创新创业人才培养中产学研合作的五种模式：能力+人才培养模式、技术+项目开发模式、网络+信息交流模式、基地+实践指导模式、企业+创业指导模式。实践证明，延边大学经济管理学院所施行的产学研合作人才培养模式效果显著，对提高创业创新型人才的培育具有积极作用。深入研究延边大学实行的五种产学研合作模式对于提高我国少数民族聚集地区高校经济管理类人才的素质及创新创业能力具有极高的现实意义。

Research on the Training of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Economic Management in Ethnic Universities

AbstractThroughcontinuousreformandpractice，theschoolofeconomicsandmanagementofYanbianUniversityhasestablished an industry university research cooperation mechanism with distinctive characteristics， and formed five modes of middle-class universityresearchcooperationinthetrainingofinnovativeandentrepreneurialtalentsineconomicmanagement：ability+talenttraining mode，technology+projectdevelopmentmode，network+informationexchangemode，base+practiceguidancemodeandenterprise+ entrepreneurship guidance mode. Practice has proved that the industry university research cooperation talent training mode implementedby theschoolofeconomics and management ofYanbian Universityhas remarkable effect and plays a positive role in improvingthecultivationofentrepreneurialandinnovativetalents.Anin-depthstudyofthefiveindustryuniversityresearchcooperation modesimplementedbyYanbianUniversityisofgreatpracticalsignificancetoimprovethequalityandinnovationandentrepreneurship ofeconomicmanagementtalentsincollegesanduniversitiesinethnicminorityareasinChina.

顧名思义，产学研合作是基于企业、高校与研究院三者的合作，作用于人才培养、产业创新以及生产开发等活动，共同推动经济发展和社会进步的新型模式。[1]这种培养模式的理论基础包括教育与生产劳动相结合的理论以及活动学习理论。如何在产学研合作中处理好学术价值与商业价值相冲突的问题，使产学研合作成为大学义不容辞的社会使命是需要深入思考的问题。[2]本文从双一流民族高校——延边大学经济管理学院对创新创业人才培养的角度出发，对产学研合作模式的意义和作用进行研究，探讨延边大学经济管理学院产学研一体培养模式的实施效果，以期进一步推动延边大学经济管理类人才的全面发展和综合素质的提高。……
