摘要技艺技能传承创新平台是我国职业教育发展中的新举措，国内外尚无成熟的运行模式可供借鉴，探索科学合理的平台运行模式很有必要。本研究在充分调研的基础上，分析总结了我省各平台的运行模式及存在的问题，并以“天药平台”为例进行探索实践，创新性构建了“一核心一平台五职能多资源有机结合的战略聯盟”运行模式，对推动我省各平台的科学化建设和内涵式发展有重要意义。

AbstractSkills inheritance and innovation platform is a new measure in the Vocational Education. There is no mature operation pattern at home and abroad. It is important to explore a scientific operation pattern for platform. On the basis of investigation，thevariousoperationpatternsaresummarizedinthisstudy.Takingthe"TIANYAOplatform"asanexample， we have innovatively constructed the operation pattern of "one core， one platform， five functions and multi resources". It is of great significance to promote the scientific and connotative development of platforms in our province.

技艺技能传承创新平台建设项目是助力我国职业教育深化改革和提质培优高质量发展的重要举措。我省率先行动，于2017-2020年间分批立项、遴选建设省级技艺技能传承创新平台共计348个，本人主持的“天然药物质量控制技艺技能传承创新平台”（简称“天药平台”）被遴选为山东省首批立项建设项目。平台建设工作为职业教育发展中的新举措，目前国内外尚无成熟的运行模式可供借鉴，因此，研究探索科学合理的平台运行模式很有必要。本研究在充分调研的基础上，分析总结了省内各平台的运行模式及存在的问题，以“天药平台”为例进行探索实践，创新性构建了“一核心一平台五职能多资源有机结合的战略联盟”平台运行模式，对推动我省平台的科学化建设和内涵式发展有重要意义。
