摘要党的十九大报告中指出要弘扬劳模精神，营造劳动光荣的社会风尚和精益求精的敬业风气。[1]职业教育是培养应用型高水平技术技能人才的主体，在职业教育中培育大学生劳模精神具有十分重要的意义。本文从劳模精神的形成与发展出发，解读劳模精神的科学内涵，研究职业教育中培育大学生劳模精神的必要性和实现路径。

Research on the Cultivation of the Model Worker Spirit in Vocational Education

AbstractThe report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to promote the spirit of model workers， create a social fashion of glorious labor and strive for perfection. Vocational education is the main body of cultivating applied high-level technical talents， and it is of great significance to cultivate the spirit of university students’ model workers in vocational education. Starting from the formation and development of the spirit of model workers， this article interprets the scientific connotation of the spirit of model workers， and studies the necessity and realization path of cultivating model worker spirit in vocational education.

勞模精神是伴随着中国共产党建设新中国的百年奋斗史形成并不断嬗变的一种民族精神，是马克思主义劳动伦理和社会主义劳动精神的生动诠释。劳模精神是职业教育培养知识型、技能型、创新型人才的精神源泉。在职业教育中培育劳模精神是新时代大学生锻炼本领、修炼品格的必由之路。

1劳模精神的简述

1.1劳模精神的形成与发展

劳模精神是闪耀在广大劳动者身上的宝贵品质，是在工人阶级身上挖掘的一种精神力量。1950年毛泽东在劳动模范大会上发言，定位劳模是中华民族的模范、骨干，是人民政府的支柱，是联系群众的桥梁。直至今日，劳模表彰依然是中国共产党大力弘扬劳模精神的重要途径。劳模精神孕育于革命战争时期，从新民主主义革命和社会主义革命时期涌现出“革命型”特征的劳动模范，到社会主义建设发展过程中脱颖而出无数的先进工作者，既有平凡工作中忘我奉献的爱国青年，也有生产制造的革新能手。……
