摘要立德树人是教育的基本宗旨和根本目标，也是职业教育改革发展的内在旨意。新时代职业教育要想实现高质量高水平发展，实现与“普通教育具有同等重要的地位”，必须要以立德树人作为逻辑起点和实践旨归，贯穿教育教学的全过程，促进学生全面综合发展。然而新时代职业教育发展面临诸多挑战，如何能够把握立德树人的深刻内涵，达成更高水平的发展目标成为诸多职业院校的难题。文章旨在从理论和实践两个层面为职业教育实现立德树人的基本目标提出创新路径参考。

Exploring the Innovative Mechanism of Establishing Morality and Cultivating People in Vocational Education in the New Era

AbstractBuilding morality and cultivating people is not only the basic purpose and fundamental goal of education， but alsotheinternalpurposeofthereformanddevelopmentofvocationaleducation.Ifvocationaleducationinthenewerawants to achieve high-quality and high-level development and realize that it has the same important position as general education， itmusttakebuildingmoralityandcultivatingpeopleasthelogicalstartingpointandpracticalpurpose，runthroughthewhole process of education and teaching， and promote the all-round and comprehensive development of students. However， the development of vocational education in the new era faces many challenges. How to grasp the profound connotation of building morality and cultivating peopleand achieve a higherlevel ofdevelopment goalshas become a difficult problemfor many vocational colleges. This paper aims to put forward innovative path reference for vocational education to realize the basic goal of Building Morality and cultivating people from two aspects of theory and practice.

職业教育承载着国家多领域多行业人才培养、技术技能的传承与创新等重要使命，是经济社会发展中不可或缺的教育体系组成部分。伴随着新时代新发展理念逐渐深入，产业结构优化升级的需求日益迫切，职业教育塑造大国工匠的作用和地位日益凸显。新时代职业教育要想取得长足发展，务必准确把握立德树人的深刻内涵。

1职业教育立德树人的新时代内涵阐释

党的十八大报告指出“立德树人要作为教育的根本任务，积极培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人”。[1]围绕这一根本任务，习近平总书记于2020年9月9日提出“广大教师要牢记为党育人、为国育才使命，不断提升教书育人本领。”[2]在2020年10月党的十九届五中全会中指出，“要全面贯彻党的教育方针，坚持立德树人。……
