摘 要 随着网络技术、信息技术和智能技术的高速发展，图书馆已经发展到了智慧图书馆的阶段。通过运用文献调查法，对智慧图书馆发展的背景和意义，智慧图书馆的内涵和构成要素以及服务模式进行梳理，从资源、技术、人员等维度探讨智慧图书馆在智慧服务中可能面临的问题，并提出改善策略，以期能够为智慧图书馆在实践中提供借鉴与帮助。

Problems and Improvement Strategies of Smart Library Service

Abstract With the rapid development of network technology， information technology and intelligent technology， libraries have developed to the stage of smart libraries. By using the literature survey method， the background and significance of the development of smart libraries， the connotation and components of smart libraries and service models are sorted out， and the problems that smart libraries may face in smart services are discussed from the dimensions of resources， technology and personnel， and improvement strategies are proposed in order to provide reference and help for smart libraries in practice.

引言

國际图书馆协会联合会在 2013 年发表的《图书馆与发展声明》中指出，图书馆在许多地方都是人们获取信息的唯一途径，这些信息有助于提高人们的知识水平，改善其教育状况，也为他们的工作和生活提供指导和帮助。图书馆的独特作用使其成为社会发展的重要伙伴，满足了不断变化和日益复杂的社会对信息的需求[1]。然而，随着网络技术、信息技术和智能技术的高速发展，图书馆早已不再是读者获取信息和知识的唯一途径。传统图书馆在提供能够处理指数级数据增长的即时信息服务方面，通常无法与商业搜索引擎相提并论。并且，图书馆用户的需求也在迅速发生着变化，并呈现日益多样化的趋势。

为了应对这些挑战，图书馆一直在不断探索和发展，在现有服务的基础上，通过各种先进技术不断变革创新。近些年，借助物联网、云计算和人工智能等技术，一些图书馆已经确定了用“智慧”的方法来应对数据增长、技术变革和用户需求变化所带来的挑战，这样的图书馆被称为智慧图书馆。……
