摘要随着互联网的发展，大学生网络媒介素养教育的必要性和紧迫性也愈加突出。对于大学生来说，参与式文化下的赋权教育是其媒介素养教育的核心。目前该领域存在相关教育知识生产尚未形成规范、专门的课程尚未在高校普遍开设、缺乏专业师资队伍、公民意识和社会责任感教育不充分等问题，为此，本文建议：构建网络媒介素养教育的能力与知识框架体系；做好课程设置；建立专业师资队伍；增强公民教育和社会责任感教育。

Problems and Countermeasures of Internet Media Literacy Education for College Students

AbstractWith the development of the Internet， the necessity and urgency of college students’ Internet media literacy education are becoming more and more prominent. For college students， empowerment education under participatory culture is the core of their media literacy education. At present， there are some problems in this field， such as the production of relevant educational knowledge has not been standardized， specialized courses have not been widely offered in colleges and universities， lack of professional teachers， and insufficient education of civic consciousness and social responsibility. Therefore， this paper suggests： to build the ability and knowledge framework system of Internet media literacy education； Do a good job in curriculum setting； To establish professional teaching staff； We will strengthen education in civics and social responsibility.

1媒介素养教育与网络媒介素养教育

1.1媒介素养与媒介素养教育

网络媒介素养概念脱胎于媒介素养，后者肇端于20世纪二三十年代，彼时主要强调受众如何理性分析判断大众媒体内容，获取“免疫”效应，后来的学者称之为接种理论。随着大众媒介的发展和媒介素养研究的深入，继接种理论之后，出现了“甄别”理论、“批判”理论等。1992年美国媒介素养研究中心将媒介素养定义为多重能力：人们面对媒介各种信息时的选择能力、理解能力、质疑能力、评估能力、创造和生产能力以及思辨反应能力。

我国学者在20世纪90年代开始研究媒介素养，成果颇丰，从定义、内涵等方面结合本土媒介环境和受众水平进行了研究，但长期以来也存在“层面”的局限，即局限于战术层面，就媒介素养研究媒介素养，缺乏“战略”层面的思考，即在国家宏观政治、经济、社会环境下探寻如何培养高素质的公民，以推动国家可持续发展。……
