摘  要：基于新工科背景下环境类专业的共同专业基础课——生物化学课程， 以专业培养目标为导向，以课程目标达成为指针，探索课程与思想政治教育的结合点，使学生树立正确的价值观，建立科学创新的思维，用正确的立场、观点和方法分析问题，将思考、学习和实践有机结合，实现全面素质提升。

Abstract： Based on the background of the new engineering subject， the common professional basic course of environmental majors - Biochemistry course， this paper carries out the research with the professional training goal as the guide， the achievement of the course goal as the guideline. The study explores the integration point of the curriculum and ideological and political education， so that students can establish correct values and establish science innovative thinking， analyze problems with correct positions， viewpoints and methods， organically combine thinking， learning and practice to achieve overall quality improvement.

2017年2月，教育部在复旦大学召开了高等工程教育发展战略研讨会，与会高校对新时期工程人才培养及新工科建设与发展展开讨论并形成共识;4月，在天津大学召开新工科建设研讨会，60余所高校共商新工科建设的愿景与行动;同年6月，在北京召开新工科研究与实践专家组成立暨第一次工作会议，全面启动、系统部署新工科建设。以“复旦共识”“天大行动”与“北京指南”为契机，新工科的探索与实践如火如荼地开展。新工科的率先提出为高等工程教育的改革探索提供了一个全新视角和“中国方案”[1-2]。在此背景下，对教育理念、教育模式、教育体系和教育质量等都提出了新的要求和新的挑战。新工科人才培养是一项系统工程，需要形成协同育人效应[3]。

习近平总书记在全国教育大会上强调，学校立身之本在于立德树人，培养什么人，是教育的首要问题。落实立德树人的根本任务，必须将价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养三者融为一体;全面推进课程思政建设，就是要寓价值观引导于知识传授和能力培养之中，帮助学生塑造正确的世界观、人生观、价值观[4-6]。……
