摘 要：近年来，食品安全问题频发，使得社会各界对食品问题越发重视，同时，也充分地体现出了当前市场的食品质量堪忧。为此，相关部门要立足于食品质量的提升，加强食品检测工作，采用高新技术手段，对投入市场的食品进行全面的检测分析，把好食品质量关。然而在我国的食品质量检测过程中，存在诸多問题，如检测效果不佳，检测效率低下，不能及时发现食品安全隐患等。基于此，本文对此进行了分析研究，并提出了解决对策。

Abstract： In recent years， the frequent occurrence of food safety issues has made all sectors of society pay more and more attention to food issues. At the same time， it also fully reflects the worries of the current market’s food quality. To this end， the relevant departments should focus on the improvement of food quality， strengthen food inspection work， and adopt high-tech methods to conduct a comprehensive inspection and analysis of the food put on the market to ensure that the quality of the food is well controlled. However， in the process of food quality inspection in my country， there are many problems， such as poor inspection results， low inspection efficiency， and inability to detect food safety hazards in time. Based on this， this article analyzes and studies this， and proposes countermeasures.

在社会经济因素的影响下，我国的食品市场异常活跃，市场对食品的需求量持续增加，食品制造业也取得了瞩目成绩，有力地推动了经济建设，创造了巨大的社会效益。在食品经济快速增长的同时，食品质量问题是当前食品行业中的主要隐患，其严重威胁到了食品安全。基于此，食品质量检测工作的重要性得到了充分体现，也成为了食品生产链中的核心工序。在食品质量检测过程中，相关人员需要严格按照规定进行操作，应用高新技术手段，对食品进行综合性评价，然后对比国家政策规定，确定食品达到规定质量标准以后才能投入市场，进而从根本上消除食品安全隐患。

1 食品质量检测现状分析
