摘 要：食品安全监督抽检监测工作是提升食品质量监管的一项重要举措，也是保证居民食用食品新鲜的主要保證。本文着重分析了食品安全监督环节中不同情形下的抽样结果，针对性地从多个角度探究了当前食品监测所存在的一些问题，提出了一些解决方案，希望可以帮助优化监测环节，提升检测结果的准确性。

Research on the Risks and Countermeasures of Food Safety Supervision Sampling Link

Abstract： Sampling and monitoring of food safety supervision is an important measure to improve food quality supervision， but also to ensure the main guarantee of fresh food for residents. This paper focuses on the analysis of the sampling results under different circumstances in the food safety supervision link， targeted to explore some problems existing in the current food monitoring from multiple perspectives， and put forward some solutions， hoping to help optimize the monitoring link and improve the accuracy of the test results.

食品安全抽检监测是世界公众认可度最高的一种基础管控措施，可以从根本上帮助优化食品安全管理，进一步强化食品的质量，不断延伸食品安全监管，实现科学转换的一种战略性举措。早在2014年，我国各个有关食品安全监管的部门已经将年度抽检工作作为了工作重点，逐渐扩大了食品监测范围，进一步加大了食品的信息抽检力度，希望可以进一步强化食品质量，使得投放到市场上的食品都是保质保量的。食品安全抽检过程包含了很多个方面，其中涵盖了最初的计划设定、食品抽样等，希望可以直接通过下属的检测机构进行监测，选择公信度比较高的承检机构，进行食品检测，最后将监测的结果汇报给上级相关部门，将结果整合起来发布给食品药品监管部门，进一步确定结果的准确性。在进行食品抽样的全过程中，需要做好抽检工作的规范性，不断优化抽样检测工作质量。本文着重分析了抽检监测技术管理机构近些年来的实践发展经验，针对性地开展风险检测工作，希望可以消除这些风险，有效提升食品的安全性，确保最后所获得的食品抽检监测结果具有合理性。……
