摘要青年教师作为新疆地方本科高校未来发展的核心力量，其人才培养能力决定服务地方经济的质量。本文分析了新疆地方高校青年教师在教育教学方面遭遇的挑战，并以新疆工程学院的青年教师培养为例，提供了提升青年教师提升教育教学能力的解决方案，分析了实施效果，提出了下一步的规划。

AbstractAs the core force of the future development of local universities in Xinjiang， young teachers’ talent training ability determines the quality of serving the local economy. This paper analyzes the challenges faced by youngteachers in Xinjiang local colleges and universities in education and teaching， and takes the training of young teachers in Xinjiang Institute of Engineering as an example， provides solutions to improve young teachers’ education and teaching ability， analyzes the implementation effect， and puts forward the next plan.

2021年3月“十四五”规划纲要发布，提出高等教育毛入学率在2020年50%的基础上在提升十个百分点，同时建设一支高素质专业化教师队伍，以期全面提高高等教育质量。[1]地方本科高校作为我国高等教育体系中的重要组成部分，重点服务地方经济全方位发展，为地方各项工作输入各类优秀人才、技术与先进理念。同时，地方政府与市场给予高校即时反馈，帮助高校能够及时调整人才培养方案，以满足市场变化需求，实现双赢。在此过程中高校教师发挥着最为重要的作用，尤其是青年教师，将成为这一目标能够高质量完成的核心力量。

据教育部发展规划司发布的2019年教育统计数据，中国普通高校专任教师中，40岁和35岁以下教师人数已达88.19万与49.48万，占高校专任教师总人数的50.68%和28.43%，青年教师已成为各高校人才培养与科学研究的中坚力量。

至2019年末，新疆共有普通高校54所，[2]在校学生人数突破45万。[3]2019年，新疆普通高校专任教师总数增加 1001人，同比增长4.81%，同期学生人数增加5200人，同比增长13.8%，这意味着青年教师面临更重的教学任务。……
