摘要为了更好地服务国家工程科技与产业发展需求，经国务院学位委员会第三十四次会议审批，决定统筹工程硕士和工程博士专业人才培养，将工程专业学位原有的40个领域调整为电子信息、机械等8个专业学位类别。调整后的新类别硕士专业学位研究生培养方案对于如何深化专业学位培养体制改革、促进专业学位教育内涵式发展、更好地服务国家工程科技与产业发展需要至关重要。本文通过分析培养方案制定中的关键要素，结合西安电子科技大学培养方案实践经验，总结出新类别培养方案修订的思考和工作建议。

Practice and Exploration of Training Program for Engineering Master’s Degree Graduates

AbstractIn order to better serve the needs of national engineering technology and industrial development， the original 40 fields of engineering professional degree was adjusted to 8 new professional degree categories， approved by the 34th meeting of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council. Training Program for Engineering Master’s Degree Graduates of 8 new professional degree categories should focus on deepening the reform of professional degree training system， promoting the connotative development of professional degree education， better serving the needs of national engineering technology and industrial development. This paper summarizes the thinking and working suggestions of the revision of the training program for Engineering Master’s Degree Graduates of new category， through the analysis of the key elements in the development of training program.

为贯彻落实党的十九大精神，实现高等教育内涵式发展，大力促进专业学位改革落成实效，更好服务国家工程科技与产业发展需要，《国务院学位委员会、教育部关于对工程专业学位类别进行调整的通知》（学位〔2018〕7號）中已经确定“将工程专业学位类别调整为电子信息（代码0854）、机械（代码0855）、材料与化工（代码0856）、资源与环境（代码0857）、能源动力（代码0858）、土木水利（代码0859）、生物与医药（代码0860）、交通运输（代码0861）8个专业学位类别”。国务院学位办也因此专门出台了《关于制定工程类硕士专业学位研究生培养方案的指导意见》（学位办〔2018〕14号），要求工程类专业学位落实立德树人根本任务，培养理论知识扎实、技术应用过硬的专业学位研究生。而如何设计培养方案来实现这些目标和任务是各高校关注的重点。……
