摘要学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上提出思政课教师要具备六方面素质，“政治要强”居于其中首位，是思政课教师素养的核心和关键。之所以将“政治要强”作为核心是因为其是对培养什么样的人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人等问题的回应，是思政课教师培养社会主义建设和接班人、落实立德树人根本任务和为党育人、为国育才的核心要求。“政治要强”包括政治立场要坚定、政治理论要扎实和政治纪律要严明等三个方面。想要提高思政课教师政治水准，需教师自身和学校两方共同发力。

"Strong in Politics"： The Core of Ideological and Political Teachers’ Quality in the New Era

AbstractAt the forum of teachers of ideological and political theory course， it was proposed that teachers of ideological and political course should have six qualities， among which the“strong politics”is the first， which is the core and key to the quality of teachers of ideological and political course. The reason why we regard“being strong in politics”as the core is that it is a response to the problems of what kind of people to cultivate， how to cultivate people and for whom to cultivate people. It is also the core requirement for ideological and political teachers to cultivate socialist construction and successors， implement the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people， and educate people for the party and the country.“Strong in politics”includes three aspects： firm political position， solid political theory and strict political discipline.Inorderto improvethe political level ofideological and political teachers， teachers themselves and schools should work together.

有关思政课教师素养的问题在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上被明确提出，国家从政治、情怀、思维、视野、自律、人格等六方面对思政课教师素质提出具体要求，[1]“政治要强”居于其中首位；同时，教育部对思政课教师作出规定，要求思政课教师要坚持正确方向，提高政治站位，把提高思想政治素质放在首位，[2]可见，“政治要强”这一素养是思政课教师素养的核心和关键。

1“政治要强”的意义

“政治要强”内在地规定了对思政课教师政治方面的具体要求，极具现实和长远意义。从“培养什么样的人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”等方面来看，“政治要强”对思政课教师培养社会主义建设者和接班人、落实立德树人根本任务和为党育人、为国育才具有重要意义。

从“培养什么样的人”来看，“政治要强”有助于思政课教师培养社会主义建设者和接班人。……
