摘要本文以8所高校专业学位农艺与种业领域硕士生人才培养方案为主要研究对象，从人才培养目标、培养方式、课程设置与学分分配和培养环节等方面进行了详细的比较分析，探求了我国不同类型高校农艺与种业领域专业学位硕士生人才培养方案的异同，为园艺类专业学位研究生的培养模式提供参考和借鉴。

Comparative Analysis of the Talent Training Program for Professional Degree Postgraduates in Horticulture

AbstractIn this paper， talent training program for professional degree in the field of Agronomy and seed industry of 8 universities as the main research object， it makes a detailed comparative analysis on the training objective， training methods， curriculum setting， credit distribution and training links， and the similarities and differences of talent training programs for professional degrees in the field of Agronomy and seed industry in different types of universities in China wasexplored. It will providereference forthecultivation mode ofpostgraduateswith professional degrees inhorticulture.

專业学位研究生是根据各行业职业要求专门培养的具有硕士学位的研究生，与学术型研究生相比，侧重实践能力培养，原则上招收大学本科毕业后具备一定实践经验的人才，最先在工商管理、公共管理、教育、农业等多个学科举办专业学位硕士生培养。2009年开始实施全日制培养模式，并扩展招收应届本科生。

1999年国务院学位委员会批准设立“农业推广”硕士，涉及种植养殖技术类、农业与食品工程类和农村发展与服务管理类三大类型。2016年全国农业专业学位研究生教育指导委员会将“农业硕士”研究领域设置进行优化，由原有的15个培养领域调整为8个，其中一个领域名称为“农艺与种业”，涵盖原有的作物、园艺、种业和草业四个领域。[1]农艺与种业领域内涵有：农作物、园艺作物和草业生产及管理，以及相应作物的种子和种苗生产、经营和管理。其中园艺方向的研究包括果树、茶叶、蔬菜和观赏植物种质资源、遗传育种、栽培技术、病虫草害防治及采后处理、贮藏运输和销售等技术。……
