摘要创新能力的获得与提高对大学生及高等学校均具有重要意义。本研究对培养经管类学生研究创新能力的教学基础展开了思考，从实践选题、教学方法、教学设计三个方面对社会调查实践课程教学模式的应用进行探索，以期对经管类学生研究创新能力培养有所贡献。

AbstractTheacquisitionandimprovementofinnovationabilityisofgreatsignificancetocollegestudentsandcolleges. In this study， the teaching basis of cultivating the research and innovation ability of economics and management students is considered， and the application of the teaching mode of social survey practice course is explored from three aspects of practice topic selection， teaching method and teaching design， in order to contribute to the cultivation of the research and innovation ability of economics and management students.

创新是知识经济的灵魂，培养具有科学研究与创新能力的高层次人才是建设研究型大学的重要结果体现，也是新时期高质量发展的重要目标。如何培养学生研究创新能力，已成为高等院校教育教学关注的重点问题之一。研究和实践表明，创新教育的基础是社会实践，社会实践教学对经管类研究创新人才的培养起着至关重要的作用。

1研究创新能力培养的意义

新时期高质量发展迫切需要社会调查研究人才。我国社会当前正处于转型的重要阶段，国家建设涌出不断成果的同时，社会重大问题也屡见不鲜。不管是社会建设还是企业管理，都急需对社会问题具有根本判断，以及能做出创造性决策的高层次人才。更重要的是，如何在大数据时代提炼出海量数据的关键内容已经成为衡量人才的重要指标，即系统并有针对性地收集经验材料的能力。无论是对突发事件的应急处理还是大数据的消化，都迫切需要相关人才具备调查实践和创新能力。……
