摘要本文在基于高校大学生红色基因传承现状调查分析的基础上，通过问卷调查和大学生访谈，了解了当前红色基因传承存在的问题、剖析了原因，并在此基础上从完善红色基因教育传承机制、用活红色文化教育资源、利用信息技术拓宽教育渠道、丰富校园红色文化教育活动等方面提出了红色基因传承的路径选择。

Research on the Current Situation and Path Optimization of College Students’ Red Gene Inheritance

——Take Hunan Network Engineering Vocational College as an example

AbstractBased on the investigation and analysis of college students’ red gene inheritance of college students， this paper understands the problems of current red gene inheritance， and analyzes the cause of the red gene education through questionnaire surveys and college students. Live red cultural education resources， use information technology to broaden education channels， enrich campus red cultural education activities， etc.， the path choices of red gene inheritance.

2013年2月，习近平总书记在视察原兰州军区时首次明确提出红色基因，并指出“要发扬红色资源优势，把红色基因一代代传下去”。红色基因，是中国共产党领导人民在革命、建设和改革的伟大实践中经过长期奋斗形成的信仰、理想、宗旨、信念、優良传统及革命道德等精神品质和英雄气概的综合体。传承和弘扬红色基因，对高校落实立德树人根本任务，促进大学生形成正确的价值观意义重大。本文以湖南网络工程职业学院为例，从实证研究的视角分析了高校大学生红色基因传承存在的问题及原因剖析和路径优化等问题，希望为进一步推进高校红色基因传承提供理论支持和实践指导。

1高校大学生红色基因传承的现状

针对本文设计的问卷调研采取随机抽样的方式，面向在校生总计发放了1100份问卷，实际收回问卷1017份，其中包括共青团员、入党积极分子、预备党员和正式党员，男、女生和文、理科均有涉及。通过对收回的问卷调研开展数据的整理、分析，学校红色基因传承的现状与问题概括如下：
