摘要社会工作专业实习的初衷在于综合运用专业知识和技能，提升实习生的综合素质，培养其独立思考和实践能力，实现从“学生”到“社工”的顺利过渡，双导师制是行校联合培养社会工作专业学生的重要途径。本文剖析了双导师制在专业实习过程中存在的主要问题，在行校合作的模式下，对双导师制的优化改进进行了思考、提供了建议。

Research and Exploration on the Dual Tutorial System of Social Work Practice under the Cooperation of Organization and School

AbstractThe original intention of Social Work practice is to make comprehensive use of professional knowledge and skills， improve the comprehensive quality of interns， cultivate their independent thinking and practical ability， and realize the smooth transition from "students" to "social workers". The dual tutorial system is an important wayfor the vocational school to jointly cultivate Social Work students. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the process of professional practice of the dual tutorial system， and under the mode of the cooperation between the organization and school， the optimization and improvement of the dual tutorial system are considered and suggestions are provided.

1社工专业实习双导师制的问题分析

1.1对督导过程的管理欠缺

通过对现有的实习管理进行分析可以发现，学校和机构都更加重视对实习结果的考核，实习的参与各方没有共享的沟通平台，对学生的指导彼此割裂、相互孤立。

学校方面在应付检查的目标指导下对实习的过程管理流于形式；学校导师对实习的远程管理的无法做到直接和及时；实习机构则侧重考察实习生的任务完成情况和出勤到岗情况；机构导师在时间和精力上对实习督导工作投入甚微。不论是学校还是实习机构对机构导师的督导工作没有量化标准，也没有详细要求，指导过程仅仅依靠其职业道德和个人能力来提供保障。

1.2对学生的专业培养不足

实习机构存在重视用人而轻视育人的情况。不少学生反映，他们被实习机构当作“廉价劳动力”，工作中很少有机会运用和实践专业方法，造成学生对本专业工作的认同感不高，甚至对专业失去信心。……
