摘要高校辅导员职业能力是履行高等学校学生工作职责所需要的能力，主要包含与思想政治教育工作相关的宽口径的知识储备、职业技能和自我提升能力。它与高校育人效果息息相关。目前高职院校辅导员队伍职业能力存在基础薄弱、成长缓慢等现状。这与高校辅导员队伍建设制度不完善、机制不健全以及辅导员主动提升、主动规划意识不足有很大关系。因此，高职院校要完善制度、健全机制。辅导员要有主动提升和主动规划的意识。

Research on the Ways and Methods to Improve the Professional Ability of College Counselors

——Take a vocational college in Xiamen as an example

AbstractThe professional ability of college counselors is the ability needed to fulfill the responsibilities of college students， which mainly includes wide caliber knowledge reserve， professional skills and self-improvement ability related to ideological and political education. It is closely related to the effect of university education. At present， the professional ability of counselors in higher vocational colleges has weak foundation and slow growth. This has a lot to do with the imperfect system and mechanism of college counselors’ team building，and the lack of counselors’ awareness of active promotion and active planning. Therefore， higher vocational colleges should improve the system and mechanism. Counselors should have the consciousness of active promotion and active planning.
