摘要建筑信息模型（BIM）技术是建筑业大力推广的技术之一，建筑设备工程又是BIM技术应用的重点领域。从“1+X”制度出发，结合专业人才培养现状，提出课堂-创新孵化园（专业社团）-企业三方教产融合的培养思路，建立课证融通的培养体系，最后指出“1+X”建筑设备人才培养的努力方向。

Research on Talent Training Mode of Construction Equipment Engineering Technology Specialty under "1 + X"（BIM）System

AbstractBuilding information model （BIM） technology is one of the technologies vigorously promoted in the construction industry， and construction equipment engineering is the key field of BIM technology application. Starting from the "1 +X" system， combined with thecurrent situation ofprofessional personnel training，this paperputs forward the training idea of classroom Innovation Incubator （professional community） - enterprise tripartite teaching and production integration， establishes the training system of course certificate integration， and finally points out the direction of "1 + X" construction equipment personnel training.

建筑信息模型（BIM）技術作为建筑业一项有重要意义的技术，将极大推动我国建筑业的信息化发展，为了适应“1+X”教学改革要求，提升教学质量，让学生既获得毕业证书，也能获得技能证书，顺利进入工作岗位，针对建筑设备工程技术专业，进行了课程改革探索。

1“1+X”证书制度及建筑信息模型（BIM）技能等级考核要求

1.1“1+X”BIM证书制度

2019年1月，国家启动“1+X”制度试点工作。随后，试点方案出台，指出在院校实施职业技能等级证书，将证书相关知识内容有机融入试点专业人才培养方案中，优化职业能力课程设置和教学内容，建筑信息模型（BIM）职业技能等级证书列入其中。

1.2“1+X”建筑信息模型（BIM）技能等级证书考核要求

建筑信息模型（BIM）职业技能考评分为BIM初级建模、中级专业应用和高级综合应用与管理。初级建模主要考核BIM模型创建能力；中级专业应用主要考核在专业领域中应用BIM知识和技能的水平；高级综合应用与管理主要考核运用BIM技术，进行建设项目管理、多专业协同、质量控制以及多种BIM软件集成应用等能力。……
