摘要随着我国进入新的发展阶段，职业教育重要地位和作用越来越凸显。护理学是一门要求将理论与实践紧密结合的学科，要培养和强化护理学生的综合素质，实验教学部分是必须具备的重要途径。实训中心作為护理专业实验教学的基本载体，是保障实验教学质量的重要基地，学院护理实训中心通过革新管理理念，营造良好的职业环境，完善制度，学生参与管理，重视实训教学信息化，实施开放式管理，服务社会，加强教师队伍建设等措施，为护理专业学生的实践学习、临床实习及进入工作岗位夯实了基础。

Construction and Management Strategy of Nursing Training Center in Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractWith China entering a new stage of development， the important position and role of vocational education is becoming more and more prominent. Nursing is a subject that requires the close combination of theory and practice. Experimental teaching is an important way to cultivate and strengthen the comprehensive quality of nursing students. As the basic carrier of experimental teaching of nursing specialty， the training center is an important base to ensure the quality of experimental teaching. The nursing training center of our college takes measures such as innovating the management concept， creating a good professional environment， improving the system， students participating in the management， attaching importance to the informatization of practical teaching， implementing open management， serving the society， and strengthening the construction of teachers， It laid a solid foundation for nursing students’ practical study， clinical practice and work.

2019年2月，国务院颁发了《国家职业教育改革实施方案》，指出：随着我国进入新的发展阶段，产业升级和经济结构调整不断加快，各行各业对技术技能人才的需求越来越紧迫，职业教育重要地位和作用越来越凸显。护理学是一门理论与实践并重的学科，要符合人才市场需求的高素质护理人才，实验教学是必须具备的重要途径。护理实验教学在提高学生操作能力、对接护理临床实习、培养临床思维能力、开发创新能力、提升专业综合素质等方面发挥着举足轻重的作用。护理实训中心作为护理实践教学的必要载体，在高职院校护理专业教学中，要想不断提高教学效果，就需要充分发挥护理实训中心的作用，培养学生的护理实践操作能力，满足社会对护理人才的需求。……
