摘要：在我国“双一流”建设背景下，简要分析了学科的含义、学科的形成﹑发展过程及现代学科发展的主要趋势，高校学科建设和发展呈现持续动态和交叉融合的特点。利用ESI文献评价分析工具和学科分析评价方法，详细分析了论文被引频次、高被引论文等评价指标的含义和作用，讨论了高校图书馆学科情报服务如何利用这些评价指标，在制定具有可竞争性一流学科规划方案、提升各学院间的竞争动力、加强学校人才评价和学科人才队伍建设、多维度提升学校学科竞争力水平等方面助力高校“一流学科”建设的措施和方法，探索了新形势下高校图书馆开展深层次学科情报服务的新思路和新途径。

Analysis on “First-class Discipline” Service and Evaluation of University Library Based on ESI

Abstract： Under the background of China's "double first-class" construction， this paper briefly analyzes the meaning of discipline， the formation and development process of discipline and the main trend of modern discipline development. The discipline construction and development of colleges and universities show the characteristics of continuous dynamics and cross integration. Using ESI literature evaluation and analysis tools and discipline analysis and evaluation methods， this paper analyzes in detail the meaning and function of evaluation indexes such as paper citation frequency， high cited papers， and discusses how the discipline information service of university library uses these evaluation indexes to help the "first-class discipline" of colleges and universities Building measures and methods in formulating competitive first-class discipline planning plans， improving the competitive power among colleges， strengthening the university's talent evaluation and discipline talent team construction， and improving the university's discipline competitiveness in multiple dimensions， probes into new ideas and new ways for university libraries to carry out in-depth discipline information service under the new situation.

2015年10月，國务院公布《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》，明确“双一流”建设的基本原则之一是学科建设。高等院校由“211工程”“985工程”时期围绕学校整体建设转变为围绕学科建设[1]。学科建设将成为我国高等学校今后发展的核心建设内容，以世界一流、全国一流、区域一流、同类一流为层次的大学一流学科建设架构将成为我国高等学校学科建设和发展的新格局。高校图书馆如何助力一流学科的建设，为高校的学科建设和发展提供智力支持成为学科服务的新理念、新目标、新内涵。
