摘要 目的：探究精细护理在小儿腹泻的应用及对患儿睡眠的影响。方法：选取2018年6月至2019年5月在厦门大学附属第一医院杏林分院急诊就诊的小儿腹泻患儿80例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照患儿常规护理，观察组患儿精细护理，比较2组的护理效果，止泻、退热时间和睡眠情况。结果：观察组患儿的护理效果高于对照组，观察组的止泻时间、退热时间均短于对照组，观察组患儿的睡眠质量好于对照组，均P<0.05。结论：精细护理在小儿腹泻中的应用，有效提升护理效果，缩短止泻、退热时间和改善睡眠情况，值得应用。

The Effect of Fine Nursing on Children′s Diarrhea and Sleep

Abstract Objective：To explore the application of fine nursing in children′s diarrhea and the effect on children′s sleep.Methods：A Total of 80 children with diarrhea who were treated in emergency department from June 2018 to may 2019 were randomly divided into two groups：the control group received routine nursing，the observation group received intensive nursing，and the two groups were compared in terms of nursing effect，time of relieving diarrhea，fever and sleep.Results：The nursing effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the time of diarrhea relief and antipyretic in the observation group were shorter than that of the control group，and the sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The application of fine nursing in children′s diarrhea can effectively improve the nursing effect，shorten the time of relieving diarrhea and fever，and improve the sleeping condition.

小儿腹泻是儿科中最常见的疾病之一，6个月至2岁的婴幼儿发病率高，1岁以内约占半数[1]。一年四季均可发病，但夏秋季发病率最高，是导致小儿营养不良，生长发育障碍的主要原因之一。患儿发生腹泻的主要原因是婴幼儿消化系统发育未够成熟，在受到不良因素影响时，易引起消化功能紊乱和腹泻。其临床症状表现为呕吐和恶心，腹泻，甚至发热，对患儿的身体造成伤害，使患儿不能进行良好的睡眠，对患儿的健康成长造成影响[2]。所以在治疗中对患儿进行护理就显得尤为重要。本文通过分析精细护理在小儿腹泻护理中的应用和对患儿睡眠的效果，探究其护理方法，现将结果报道如下。

1 资料与方法
