摘要：基于分析三全育人模式下辅导员工作的创新。首先分析出通过辅导员转变观念，立德树人;创新方法，增强效率;找准时机，全面培养三种工作创新形式，充分将育人功能发挥最大化，开创育人的新格局。最后分析出三全育人模式，能够实现辅导员对学生全员、全程和全方位的培养，促进学生素质和能力全面发展。

Abstract：Based on the analysis of the innovation of the counselor's work under the three-whole-education model. First of all， it is analyzed that the counselors can change their ideas and cultivate people with morality. Innovative methods to enhance efficiency; To find the right time， cultivate the three forms of work innovation， fully maximize the function of education， open up a new pattern of education. Finally， the author analyzes the model of three-complete education， which can realize the guidance counselor's training of all students， the whole process and the all-round， and promote the all-round development of students' quality and ability.

对于三全育人的实施和推进背景下，成都体育学院的辅导员，也应不断创新和完善工作，逐渐形成全员全过程全方位的育人格局。可以说，高校作为人才培养的重要基地，肩负着为国育人的重担，而辅导员又是直接培养学生的领导者，需要准确把握教育教学工作的使命和定位，积极转变传统固有的思想和理念，充分将育人功能发挥最大化，强化育人水平和质量，从而让学生成为社会主义事业的合格接班人。

一、转变观念，立德树人

对于成都体育学院的辅导员来说，要充分认识到三全育人理念的深刻含义，明确三全育人是落实立德树人的根本体现。因此，辅导员在实际工作中，要树立三全育人的工作理念，全面贯彻党的教育方针，为新时代对高等教育提出的要求，转化为育人的思想策略和行动目标。同时，辅导员在日常的思想教育工作中，要确保三全育人与立德树人的目标一致，从而将三全育人彻底贯穿到教育工作中[1]。
