摘  要：强化本科教育，创办特色鲜明的民办高校，这是新时期国家教育发展的大政方针，也是民办高校改革转型的长远目标。在互联网高速发展和教育竞争激烈的时代，没有特色的民办高校很难长久生存，特色不鲜明的民办高校必然缺乏社会竞争力，难以很好的持续发展。因此，如何突出自身特色是民办高校急需研究的重大问题。文章将从六个方面来分析和论述强化本科教育背景下民办院校如何突出特色的问题。

Abstract： Strengthening undergraduate education and establishing private colleges with distinctive characteristics are the major policy of national education development in the new era and the long-term goal of reform and transformation of private colleges and universities. In the era of rapid Internet development and fierce competition in education， private colleges with no special characteristics are difficult to survive for a long time. Private colleges with unskilled characteristics will inevitably lack social competitiveness and it is difficult to sustain development. Therefore， how to highlight its own characteristics is a major issue that private colleges and universities urgently need to study. This paper will analyze and discuss how to highlight the characteristics of private colleges under the background of undergraduate education from six aspects.

在新的歷史时期，民办高校向“特色民校”转型是大势所趋。强化本科教育，创办特色鲜明的民办高校，这是新时期国家教育发展的大政方针，也是民办高校改革转型的长远目标。据教育部发布的《2019年最新正规全国普通高等学校名单》中统计，截至2018年3月31日，全国高等学校共计2914所，其中：普通高等学校2631所（含独立学院265所，不含军事类院校），成人高等学校283所，其中，国家承认学历的民办高校一共有735所。我们从这个统计名单中可以看出：民办高校面临的竞争是多么激烈，一方面要与全国两千多所普通高等学校进行竞争，另一方面还要与735所民办高校进行竞争。所以说，在互联网高速发展和教育竞争激烈的时代，没有特色的民办高校很难长久生存，特色不鲜明的民办高校必然缺乏社会竞争力，难以很好的持续发展。因此，如何突出自身特色是民办高校急需研究的重大问题，这个问题既关系到民办高校的改革转型，也关系到民办高校长远的生存和发展。……
