【摘要】 目的：探討孕妇分娩过程中应用背景音乐配合分娩球陪伴导乐的效果及对产程的影响。方法：从2018年6月-2019年12月入笔者所在医院生产的孕妇中选取160例作为此项研究对象，用信封法分为对照组与研究组。给予对照组常规助产分娩，研究组产程中给予背景音乐配合分娩球陪伴导乐助产干预。对比两组产妇分娩结局、两组产妇疼痛程度，以及两组产妇产后出血量、总产程、住院时间及满意度。结果：研究组产妇阴道自然分娩率高于对照组，阴道助产率及剖宫产率均低于对照组（P<0.05）;研究组产妇0～2级疼痛者比对照组更多，疼痛缓解效果更好（P<0.05）;研究组产妇产后2、24 h出血量均比对照组低，总住院时间及总产程均比对照组短，研究组产妇的满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在产程中对产妇进行背景音乐配合分娩球陪伴导乐助产，可提升产妇的自然顺产率，缓解产妇疼痛还能提升其护理满意度，减少出血量，缩短产程，早日出院，应用效果良好。

Analysis on the Effect of Background Music Combined with Birthing Ball Accompanying Doula during Labor and Its Influence on Labor Process of Pregnant Women/CHEN Qiongmei， CHEN Yana. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research， 2020， 18（21）： -180

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of background music combined with ball accompanying Doula during labor and its influence on labor process of pregnant women. Method： A total of 160 pregnant women who gave birth in the authors hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study and divided into control group and study group by envelope method. The control group was given routine midwifery assisted delivery， and the research group was given midwifery assisted intervention with background music accompanied by delivery ball and Doula. The outcomes of delivery， pain， postpartum hemorrhage， total labor， length of hospital stay， and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Result： The rate of vaginal natural delivery in the study group was higher than that in the control group， and the rate of vaginal delivery and cesarean section were lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）. The study group had more women with grade 0-2 pain than the control group， and the pain relief effect was better （P<0.05）. In the study group， the amount of bleeding 2 and 24 h after delivery was lower than those of the control group， the total length of hospital stay and total labor were shorter than those of the control group， and the satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Background music combined with ball accompanying Doula during labor can improve the natural rate of delivery， relieve maternal pain， improve nursing satisfaction， reduce bleeding， shorten labor， early discharge， good effect.

分娩球指直径为50～65 cm的充气橡胶球，具有弹性且柔软，将分娩球固定至扶手座椅上，让孕妇在宫缩间歇期骑坐，可使盆底肌得到放松，其到缓解会阴神经疼痛的效果，再播放轻松的音乐营造氛围[1-3]。导乐分娩主要指具备生育经验、专业知识丰富、操作技能娴熟的助产人员，在孕妇分娩过程中，为产妇的情感、心理、生理方面提供支持。目的在于提升产科质量，促进自然分娩[4]。此次研究中，在产妇产程中应用背景音乐配合分娩球陪伴导乐，并对该干预模式的应用价值进行以下相关探究。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

从2018年6月-2019年12月入笔者所在医院生产的孕妇中选取160例作为此项研究对象，用信封法分为对照组与研究组。对照组孕妇80例，年龄24～38岁，平均（31.2±0.5）岁，初产者46例，经产者34例，孕周37～41周，平均（39.3±0.3）周，均为单胎妊娠;接受教育程度：初中及以下23例，高中至大专学历31例，本科及以上26例。……
