【摘要】 纤支镜介入术是目前临床治疗支气管狭窄最常用和最有效的手段之一，虽具有确切的治疗效果，但毕竟属于一种侵入性治疗手段，在治疗过程中也易引发患者出现紧张、焦虑等多种负性情绪，从而易影响手术治疗效果和增加其术后并发症发生率，对此，就需要临床在治疗过程中采取相应的护理措施对患者进行干预，才能改善其预后。本文主要简述了支气管狭窄概念、发病机制及危害，纤支镜介入治疗支气管狭窄的作用机理及优势，并总结了支气管狭窄纤支镜介入治疗的护理方法。

[Abstract] Fiberoptic bronchoscopy intervention is one of the most common and effective methods in the clinical treatment of bronchial stenosis. Although it has definite therapeutic effect， it is an invasive treatment method after all. It is also easy to cause many negative emotions such as tension and anxiety in patients during the treatment process， so it is easy to affect the surgical treatment effect and increase the incidence of postoperative complications. In order to improve the prognosis， we need to take corresponding nursing measures to intervene the patients. In this paper， the concept， pathogenesis and harm of bronchostenosis， the mechanism and advantages of bronchofiberscope intervention in the treatment of bronchostenosis are briefly described， and the nursing methods of bronchostenosis intervention in the treatment of bronchostenosis are summarized.

支氣管狭窄是一种因周围病变压迫喉、气管或创伤引起肉芽及纤维组织增生，最后瘢痕形成所致喉、气管腔隙变窄而致呼吸及发音功能障碍的疾病，该疾病不仅可对患者身心健康和生活质量造成严重不良影响，严重时还易威胁其生命安全，因此，临床需尽早采取有效方案对患者进行治疗。纤支镜介入术是目前临床治疗该疾病最常用的手段之一，虽能有效解除患者支气管狭窄症状，但是，也会对患者喉、气管部位造成一定的损伤，从而会引发其术后出现一系列并发症，进而影响其术后恢复和生活质量，而全面提高患者手术治疗效果和降低其术后并发症发生率，就需要临床在治疗过程中采取相应的护理措施对患者进行干预，基于此，本文特探究了支气管狭窄纤支镜介入治疗围手术期的护理措施，以期能全面改善患者预后，具体如下。……
