【摘要】 目的：研究人性化舒适护理理念在手术室整体护理中的效果。方法：选取2018年2月-2019年6月笔者所在医院进行手术186例患者作为研究对象，按照不同干预方法分为观察组（n=93）和对照组（n=93）;对照组给予患者常规手术室整体护理模式;观察组给予患者在常规的手术室整体护理中融入人性化舒适护理。分析两组患者的焦虑评分（SAS）、抑郁评分（SDS）、患者配合度、满意度等护理质量。结果：两组患者护理前的SAS、SDS评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分为（36.54±4.81）、（31.57±5.21）分，低于对照组的（47.85±5.06）、（47.51±5.63）分，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者配合率97.85%、护理满意度98.92%，显著高于对照组的88.17%、89.24%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：人性化舒适护理理念被应用到手术室整体护理中，能够得到更为满意的效果。

[Abstract] Objective： To study the effect of humanized comfortable nursing concept applied in the operating room. Method： A total of 186 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were selected as research objects， the patients were divided into observation group （93 cases） and control group （93 cases） by different methods. The control group was given conventional operation room holistic nursing intervention， and the observation group was given humanized comfortable nursing in routine operating room nursing， the scores of anxiety （SAS）， depression （SDS）， patient cooperation and nursing quality were compared between the two groups. Result： There were no statistically significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing （P>0.05）. The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group after nursing were （36.54±4.81）， （31.57±5.21） points， which were lower than （47.85±5.06）， （47.51±5.63） points in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The coordination rate （97.85%） and nursing quality （98.92%） of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than 88.17%， 89.24% in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The concept of humanized comfortable nursing can be applied in the operating room to obtain more satisfactory results.

現阶段，在各项新兴医学技术得到十分迅猛地发展后，临床中各项护理理念也获得了升级与更新，人们对医疗、护理给予了更多的要求，在这一前提下，人性化舒适护理理念也就应时而生[1]。人性化舒适护理把人性化护理融合至舒适护理中，以促进患者所出现的各类负性情绪最大限度地得到改善，让患者能够处于最佳的身心状态下来接受手术，因为手术患者对于手术会出现焦躁感、惧怕感等，可影响最终的治疗效果[2-3]。个性化舒适护理可以促进围术期中所出现的各类问题最大限度地得到改善，让手术更为顺利地得到实施[4]。为此，本文选取笔者所在医院进行手术的96例患者作为研究对象，并通过随机对照研究对该模式的实施效果进行了评价，现报告如下。
