【摘要】 急性阑尾炎是一种普外科常见病、多发病，目前其主要诊断和治疗的手段之一就是行手术干预治疗。由于阑尾炎的手术创伤、麻醉、牵拉和炎症刺激等多种因素，均可使阑尾炎术后患者肠蠕动障碍或消失、肛门排气排便活动停止。临床上多采取不同手术干预治疗方式、中医中药、围手术期教育等中西医结合进行综合干预措施，促进急性阑尾炎术后胃肠功能的恢复，尽早恢复饮食，促进阑尾炎患者康复，减少术后并发症。

[Abstract] Acute appendicitis is a common and frequently occurring disease in general surgery. At present， surgery intervention treatment is one of the main methods of diagnosis and treatment. As a result of appendicitis surgery trauma， anesthesia， traction and inflammatory stimulation and other factors， all can make appendicitis patient after surgery bowel motility obstacle or disappear， anus exhaust defecate activity to stop. In clinical practice， different surgical intervention methods， traditional Chinese medicine， perioperative education and other comprehensive intervention measures of traditional Chinese and western medicine are adopted to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery of acute appendicitis， early recovery of diet， promote the recovery of patients with appendicitis， and reduce postoperative complications.

急性闌尾炎是一种普外科常见病、多发病，目前其主要诊断和治疗的手段之一就是行手术干预治疗。由于阑尾炎手术的麻醉、术中医疗器械的牵拉和炎症刺激等多种因素，均可致阑尾炎术后患者肠蠕动障碍或消失、肛门排气排便活动停止等，增加患者痛苦，延长患者住院时间[1]。因此临床上如何采取中西医结合治疗的综合干预措施，促进急性阑尾炎术后患者胃肠功能的恢复，减少术后并发症，是近年来临床工作的研究重点[2]。现将其临床研究的现状综述如下。

1 手术方式的不同

阑尾炎手术在临床上属于腹部手术，阑尾炎患者术后胃肠道处于一种暂时性麻痹状态，一般在术后12～24 h肠蠕动消失，随着术后时间的延长逐渐恢复，术后48～72 h胃肠蠕动功能逐渐恢复正常[3]。目前传统阑尾炎的手术方式多采用开腹阑尾炎手术，近年来随着现代腹腔镜技术的改进和发展，与传统开腹阑尾炎手术相比，腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾炎具有手术伤口小、痛苦小、住院时间短等优点，得到更广泛的临床应用[4]。……
