摘要：中国老年人数量正进入增长的高峰期，随着中国居民物质水平和精神需求的提高，老年旅游消费市场规模越来越大，老年旅游安全问题也日趋增加。文章基于对老年人旅游安全的问卷调查，分析老年人旅游安全的影响因素，结果表明旅游消费、治安状况和旅游安全信息发布是老年人旅游安全的关键影响因素。在此基础上，本文提出了旨在规范老年旅游市场、保障老年人旅游安全的应对措施。

Abstract： The number of the elderly in China is entering the peak of growth. With the improvement of the material level and spiritual demand of the Chinese residents， the scale of the elderly tourism consumption market is growing， and the safety problems of the elderly tourism are increasing. Based on the questionnaire survey of the elderly tourism safety， this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the elderly tourism safety. The results show that tourism consumption， public security and tourism safety information release are the key influencing factors of the elderly tourism safety. On this basis， this paper puts forward the countermeasures aimed at standardizing the tourism market of the elderly and ensuring the tourism safety of the elderly.

0  引言

随着经济的发展和人口老龄化的到来，“银发浪潮”对社会经济发展产生既带来新的机遇也蕴含新的挑战。时代的变迁导致老年人消费观念的改变，越来越多的老年群体愿意参与旅游活动，从而形成具有一定规模的老年人旅游市场。

老年旅游将成为旅游经济新的增长点，是我国旅游产业的现在以及未来很长一段时间的重要市场。[1]与此同时，现有旅游市场出现“强买强卖”、交通安全、饮食安全等问题，老年旅游产品的安全性和老年旅游公共服务体系的建设逐渐得到重视。因此，本文分析老年人所关注的安全问题和应对措施，这不仅有利于减少老年人对旅游安全问题的担忧，而且对于促进国家养老事业及旅游业的健康发展具有重要的实践意义。
