摘要：高铁建设对沿线经济有很强的推动作用，沿线经济发达的小城市有着较大的物流、人流量，在高铁站建成后，方便了对外联系，方便了居民出行，无疑给当地经济的发展注入了新的活力。本文以桐庐为例，在高铁站建成的情况下，对客运枢纽建设选址进行了研究。重点以居民出行时间为选址指标，通过建模分析求解，得出合理的选址方案。

Abstract： The construction of high-speed rail has a strong role in promoting the economy along the route. The economically developed small cities along the route have a large logistics and human flow. After the completion of the high-speed rail station， it facilitates external contacts and facilitates residents' travel， which undoubtedly gives new vitality to the local economy development. Taking Tonglu as an example， this paper studies the site selection of the passenger transport hub when the high-speed railway station is completed. Focusing on the residents' travel time as the site selection index， through modeling analysis and solving， a reasonable site selection plan is obtained.

0  引言

交通条件对区域经济的发展有着巨大的推动作用，在高铁快速发展的今天，其带来的快捷、方便、安全的出行是长途出行者首选的出行方式。高速铁路巨大的“时空压缩效应”，不仅缩短了区域间的时空距离，促进了区域可达性的提升，也改变了区域空间相互作用格局，重塑了区域经济空间结构[1]，同时对区域的交通格局产生了深远的影响。随着高铁建设进程的不断推进，很多中小城市也已经通上高铁。随着高铁的建成通车，彻底改变了当地的长途出行方式，原有的长途汽车出行方式受到了较大的影响，原有的交通设施必须进行重新布局规划，尤其是原有的长途客运站的位置是否合理，成为了当地政府首先关注的问题。

桐庐县作为浙西地区经济发达的小县城，至2018年年底才通高铁，设有高铁桐庐站，未来将设有高铁桐庐东站。至此桐庐进入高铁时代。桐庐属于小县城，高铁的建立对原有的城区交通布局产生了较大的影响，涉及到高铁与城区公交、长途客运的合理衔接等问题。……
