摘要：随着新媒体技术的发展，在我们生活中新媒体已经成为了交流学习的组成部分之一。在基层党建思想政治工作中，利用互联网、手机终端来帮助基层党组织及时了解和宣传党的方针政策，为思想政治工作提供了快捷的渠道，同时基层党组织能够更好地服务于群众，有效提升服务质量。互联网技术的应用使新媒体逐渐发展成为党员干部开展自我学习、问题反馈、意愿表达的主要方式。本文主要对新媒体视角下如何加强基层党建思想政治工作进行研究，為有效创新基层党建工作提供借鉴意义。

Abstract： with the development of new media technology， new media has become one of the components of communication and learning in our life. In the ideological and political work of grass-roots party building， the use of Internet and mobile terminals to help grass-roots party organizations understand and publicize the party's policies in a timely manner provides a fast channel for ideological and political work， while grass-roots party organizations can better serve the masses and effectively improve the quality of service. With the application of Internet technology， new media has gradually developed into the main way for Party members and cadres to carry out self-learning， problem feedback and willingness expression. This paper mainly studies how to strengthen the ideological and political work of grass-roots party construction from the perspective of new media， so as to provide reference for effective innovation of grass-roots party construction.

1  新媒体在基层党建思想政治工作中的地位

在互联网技术逐步完善的过程之中，新媒体逐渐出现在我们生活的学习和工作中，新媒体改变了我们社会的方方面面，并成为了我们身边不可缺少的重要媒介。新媒体包括数字广播、网络杂志、触摸媒体等，其秉承了传统媒体的基本特点，在发挥科技优势的同时更具时代特色。在新媒体时代，网络信息传播更加迅速，获取信息的方式更加简便快捷，真正实现了信息资源的同步共享。近年来，我们已经习惯利用新媒体技术传播和了解信息，互联网技术作为新媒体信息传播的基础，用户可以利用电脑、平板电脑、手机作为传播的载体。基层党建思想政治工作中对于新媒体的应用，使传统的党建宣传工作增添了新的活力。……
