摘要：随着新课程改革的实施，对于初中数学教学的要求在不断提高，既要促进学生的全面素质的发展，也要提高学生对数学知识的掌握能力。实现多元化的课堂环境，是有利于学生对数学学科的探索的，利用现代化多媒体的便利条件，无论是在课堂上、还是在课堂下，都可以对学生进行辅导，这是培养学生自主学习数学的先决条件。数学教师在尊重传统教学的基础上，为学生们创设出了更利于学生学习数学的环境，不断推进和提高数学课堂的教学模式，优化课堂教学方法，使学生们都可以接受新形势下的数学课堂。

1 要營造一个民主和谐的课堂教学氛围

在新课改背景下，如何提高初中数学课堂的教学效果，是作为教师的我们需要值得思考的问题。初中阶段的学生，在独立意识上还是较为薄弱，如何吸引初中生的注意力，就要体现出教师的教学水平了。在实际的教学过程中，教师要把握学生的学习特点，为每一位学生量身定制出适合其学习数学的方式方法。学生的情绪，是直接影响其接收所学知识的基本因素，学生的情绪高涨，成绩自然会取得优异的成绩。学生情绪低迷，必然会影响学生提高数学成绩。所以，数学教师在实际教学的过程中，一定要把活跃课堂氛围、带动学生的积极性放在首位。只有在这个前提下，才会把下面的工作进行下去。……
