【摘 要】 目的：分析柔性管理在脊柱外科護理中的效果。方法：以2018年5月至2019年5月本院收治的198例患者为研究对象，采取随机的方式将198例脊柱外科患者分为对照组与观察组两个组别，每组各99例患者，对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者在实施常规护理的基础上加施柔性管理，在护理完成后对比两组患者的不良事件发生率与护理满意度。结果：观察组不良事件发生率为5.05%，显著低于对照组的15.1%，两组比较差异显著，P<0.05;观察组护理满意度95.9%显著高于对照组的84.8%，两组比较差异显著，P<0.05。结论：柔性管理在脊柱外科护理中的效果较为明显，可提升患者对护理的满意度，降低不良事件发生率，可在临床实践中对柔性管理进行合理的应用，保证患者预后良好。

[Abstract] Objective：To analyze the effect of flexible management in spinal surgery nursing. Methods： A total of 198 patients with spine surgery in our hospital from May 2018 to may 2019 were randomly divided into two groups： the control group and the observation group， 99 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing. The patients in the observation group were given flexible management on the basis of routine nursing. After the completion of nursing， the patients in the two groups were compared. Incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction. Results： The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 5.05%， significantly lower than that in the control group（15.1%）， the difference between the two groups was significant（P<0.05）; 95.9% of the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（84.8%）， the difference between the two groups was significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of flexible management in the nursing of spinal surgery is more obvious， which can improve the patients' satisfaction and reduce the incidence of adverse events. Flexible management can be applied reasonably in clinical practice to ensure good prognosis of patients.

医院中的脊柱外科是最容易发生医疗事故的科室，如果护理过程不够合理，就可能影响到患者的身心状态，从而对临床治疗的效果产生不利影响[1]。因此，护理人员根据脊柱外科患者的实际情况给予针对性护理十分重要[2]。传统护理缺乏针对性，不能够从患者心理、病情角度入手进行考虑，因此很容易诱发护理纠纷，影响患者的治疗心态[3]。有研究[4]认为，针对脊柱外科护理的实际情况，应合理实施柔性管理。柔性管理具备人性化因素，在护理过程中始终以患者为中心，可对以往片面护理的情况进行改善，并在此基础上为患者提供全面、细致的服务。据此，本文以2018年5月至2019年5月本院收治的198例患者为研究对象，分析柔性管理在脊柱外科护理中的效果，报道如下。

1 资料与方法
