摘要：当前，我国政府绩效研究取得了较为丰硕的成果，全面梳理我国政府绩效的研究进路对提升我国政府绩效具有一定的指导意义。本文基于知识图谱绘制软件CiteSpace对CSSCI数据库（1998—2018年）关于政府绩效的612篇文章进行可视化分析得出，我国政府绩效研究的作者合作网络已经初具规模，但是更密集、更大规模的作者合作网有待进一步建立。政府绩效研究的高頻关键词是政府绩效评估、绩效评估、政府绩效、地方政府、政府绩效管理等以及政府绩效管理、公共价值、绩效审计等突变强度较大的关键词。基于可视化分析的结果，对我国未来的政府绩效研究趋势进行展望，以期为我国政府绩效管理实践提供理论指导。

Knowledge Map Analysis of Chinese Government Performance Research Approach——Taking CSSCI Database as An Example

Abstract：At present，chinese government performance research has achieved relatively fruitful results.The comprehensive research on the government performance research has certain guiding significance for improving the performance of chinese government.Based on the knowledge mapping software CiteSpaces CSSCI database（1998- 2018），612 articles on government performance are visually analyzed.The authors cooperation network of government performance has begun to take shape，but a denser and larger author cooperation network needs to be further established.The high-frequency key words of government performance research are government performance evaluation，performanceevaluation，governmentperformance，localgovernment，governmentperformance management，and government performance management，public value， performance audit，and other key words with strong mutations.Based on the results of visual analysis，this paper looks forward to the future government performance research trend in China，and hopes to provide theoretical guidance for chinese government performance management practice.
