【摘要】随着我国信息技术的不断发展，我国已经正式进入了信息化时代，信息技术的发展与普及彻底改变了人们生活与工作的习惯，同时也促进了其他行业的转型与升级。新媒体时代就是在信息技术发展的背景下诞生的，对于播音主持工作来说，新媒体时代的到来不仅为其带来了新的发展机遇，同时也带来了巨大的挑战。面对新媒体时代，电视新闻播音主持创作工作应该怎样才能得到更加深化的发展呢？本文将从新媒体时代电视新闻播音主持的新要求、新媒体时代电视新闻播音主持创作样态的特点以及新媒体时代电视新闻播音主持创作样态的对策三个方面进行相关论述，以供参考。

Abstract： With the continuous development of information technology in our country， our country has officially entered the information age. The development and popularization of information technology have completely changed people's living and working habits， and also promoted the transformation and upgrading of other industries. The new media era was born under the background of the development of information technology. For broadcasting and hosting work， the arrival of the new media era not only brings new development opportunities， but also brings great challenges. Facing the new media era， how can TV news broadcasting and hosting work be further developed？ This article will discuss the new requirements of TV news broadcasting and hosting in the new media era， the characteristics of TV news broadcasting and hosting creation patterns in the new media era and the countermeasures of TV news broadcasting and hosting creation patterns in the new media era for reference.

在电视新闻播音主持中，新闻解说、现场报道以及演播室连线都是其重要的创作样态，在新媒体发展的背景下，播音主持的各个创作环节都发生了变化。为了适应当前的媒体环境，新闻播音主持工作人员应该及时转变自己的发展理念，积极适应全新的媒体环境，通过提升自己专业素养、综合能力，培养自身创新能力等方面提高播音创作的质量，提高观众的认可度，进而提升电视新闻节目的市场竞争力，促进行业的持续发展。
