【摘要】狭义上的融媒体时代就是将新媒体与传统媒体相融合，而广义上的融媒体时代不仅是新旧媒体的融合，更是技术的融合、理念的融合。所以，融媒体时代的到来改变了电视新闻记者的工作方式。在融媒体时代下，电视新闻记者的采访工作面临新的机遇与挑战，要想在融媒体时代下继续发挥作用，展现才能，就应该提升采访技巧。本文主要从现有的工作经验出发，简述融媒体时代下的新变化，阐述融媒体时代电视新闻记者采访应遵循的原则，同时结合电视新闻记者采访过程中存在的不足，提出采访技巧提升策略，以期为其他学者的研究提供新的视角。

Improving the Interview Skills of TV Journalists in the Era of Financial Media

Abstract： In a narrow sense， the era of financial media is the integration of new media and traditional media， while in a broad sense， the era of financial media is not only the integration of new and old media， but also the integration of technology and ideas. Therefore， the arrival of the era of financial media has changed the way TV journalists work. In the era of financial media， the interview work of TV journalists is facing new opportunities and challenges. If we want to continue to play a role and display talents in the era of financial media， we should improve interview skills. Based on the existing working experience， this paper briefly describes the new changes in the era of financial media， expounds the principles that TV journalists should follow in the era of financial media， and at the same time， combined with the deficiencies in the process of TV journalists' interviews， puts forward strategies to improve their interview skills， so as to provide a new perspective for other scholars' research.

在融媒體时代下，信息内容日趋丰富，同时信息的处理难度和辨别难度越来越大。电视新闻记者最主要的职责就是追踪热点，撰写新闻稿，为观众提供真实准确的新闻。在以电视、报刊为传播媒介的时代下，人们对信息相对闭塞。因此电视新闻记者在采访时面临的压力比较小，并且以线下采访为主，所以提前设计好问题基本上都能够获取有效信息。而在融媒体时代下，电视新闻记者的不仅需要在线下采访，还要在线上采访、直播，对电视新闻记者的应变能力要求较高。再加上线上采访不了解被访者所处的环境，因此很难洞察被访者的信息，不易获取有效信息。……
