摘 要：重卡行业现有气动气密线束检测设备为专线专用，比如驾驶室线束与发动机线束不能使用同一检测设备，因此，不同类型的线束产品需要不同的检测设备检测，为使不同设备上检测模块可相互使用，快速切换，通用线束检测设备可安装所有类型的检测模块，实现同一检测台架完成不同类型产品的检测是非常有必要的一个课题。

Abstract： Existing pneumatically airtight line pencil testing equipment is dedicated in the heavy truck industry. For example， cab line pencil and engine line pencil cannot be tested by the same equipment. Therefore， different types of line pencil products require different testing equipment for testing. In order to make the detection modules on different  equipment be generally used and quickly switched， the universal line pencil detection equipment can be installed all types of detection modules to achieve the goal of the same detection bench completing the detection of different types of products. Therefore， this is a subject of very necessity to research.

引言

汽車线束为了适应车辆的高功能化和多样化用户需求，在车上占用空间逐渐扩大。汽车线束是汽车电路的网络主体，没有线束也就不存在汽车电路。线束是指用铜材冲制而成的接触件端子（连接器）包括防水堵与电线电缆压接后，外带塑封绝缘体或外加金属壳体等，为了便于安装，维修，确保电器原件在最恶劣的条件下工作，将全车各个电器设备所用的不同规格，不同颜色的电线通过合理的安排，将其合为一体，并用绝缘材料将电线困扎成束，这样即完整又可靠。

线束导通检测是保证线束质量和可靠性的最基本的检验项目。通过导通检测可剔除断路，短路，误配线等早期失效产品。为保证线束安全可靠的使用，必须按照产品标准在线束生产线上或用户使用前，对其进行严格的工艺筛选和补充筛选。以便及时发现和剔除接触不良（断路/瞬断），绝缘不良（短路）及装配错误等不合格失效产品。
