摘 要：[目的/意义]有效的知识整合是跨学科团队成员合作取得成功的关键要素。选取承担智能制造项目的跨学科团队成员作为研究对象，从信息学视角挖掘并分析影响跨学科团队成员知识整合因素，揭示跨学科团队知识整合规律，促进跨学科团队建设，提高知识整合能力并为跨学科团队协同工作提供借鉴和参考。[方法/过程]采用案例分析法（Case Study），选取24位依托某“双一流”研究型大学与高新技术企业合作的典型智能制造跨学科团队成员。采用半结构化访谈（Semi-Structured Interview），就影响实施智能制造项目的跨学科团队成员知识整合因素获取一手访谈数据。采用主题分析法（Thematic Analysis）为主导工具进行探索性深入分析。[结果/结论]研究表明，跨学科团队成员知识整合受到共6类因素影响，分别是个人情感需求、人际关系需要、知识整合环境、整合方式、知识的离散性和差异性特征。基于此，作者从这6个方面构建了跨学科团队知识整合影响因素模型。

Integration in Interdisciplinary Teams

——A Case Study of Smart Manufacturing Project

Abstract：[Purpose/Significance]Effective knowledge integration is the key factor for the success of interdisciplinary team members cooperation.Interdisciplinary team members who undertake smart manufacturing project were selected as research objects，this paper aims to excavate and analyze the factors influencing knowledge integration of interdisciplinary team members from the informatics perspective，reveals the law of knowledge integration of interdisciplinary team members，promotes interdisciplinary team building，improves knowledge integration ability and provides reference for interdisciplinary team collaboration.[Method/Process]Case study was adopted and 24 typical interdisciplinary team members of smart manufacturing based on the cooperation between‘First-Classuniversities and high-tech enterprise were selected.Semi-structured interview was adopted to obtain first-hand interview data.Thematic analysis was used as the leading tool for exploratory and in-depth analysis.[Result/Conclusion]The research showed that the knowledge integration of interdisciplinary team members was affected by six factors，namely，individual emotional needs，personal relationship needs，knowledge integration environment，integration methods，the characteristics of knowledge discreteness and difference.On this basis，a model of influencing factors of knowledge integration for interdisciplinary team members was constructed.
