摘  要：为充分落实全国高校思政会议提出让“各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应”，本文通过对高校体育教学中所蕴含的思政内容进行分析研究，发挥跨学科融合育人效能，落实“立德树人”根本任务，高校应积极推进思政在体育课程中的渗透与融合，发挥思政教育在高校体育课程中的导向作用。

Research on the main content of Ideological and political construction of Physical Education Curriculum

Abstract： In order to fully implement the idea of "all kinds of courses and ideological and political theory courses in the same direction， form a synergistic effect"， this paper analyzes the ideological and political content contained in Physical Education in Colleges and universities， to give full play to the effectiveness of interdisciplinary integration and education， and to implement the fundamental task of "Building Morality and cultivating talents"， colleges and universities should actively promote the infiltration and integration of Ideological and political education in physical education courses， and play the guiding role of Ideological and political education in physical education courses.

1  課程思政的含义

课程思政不是一门或者一类特定的课程，而是一种教育教学理念。基本涵义是大学所有课程都具有传授基本知识、培养基本能力和思想政治教育的双重作用，承载着培养大学生三观的作用。同时，课程思政也是一种思维方式，指导老师在培养学生立德成才的同时要有机、有效、有意地对学生贯穿思想政治的教育。体现在教学的顶层设计上要把思想政治教育放在课程教学目标的首位，与专业发展教育相结合。课程思政并不是要改变专业课程的本来属性，更不是把所学的课程都当作思政课程，而是充分发挥课程中德育作用，从德育的角度，提炼出所教专业课中的文化基因、价值范式，将其转化成中国特色社会主义核心价值观具体化、生动化的有效教学载体，在“润物细无声”的知识学习中融入理想信念层面的精神指引。
