摘 要：学科建设是高校内涵式、高质量发展的重要载体，是学校核心竞争力的重要体现。全国第四轮学科评估结果显示，贵州高校上榜学科相对较少，高原高峰学科缺乏，学科整体水平相对较低。在“双一流”建设背景下，西部地方高校学科建设需加大投入，着力创新体制机制，引进和培育高层次人才学科团队，围绕国家战略、地方产业发展需求凝练特色学科方向，通过政府和学校层面构建学科群，建立跨学科大科学组织，培育产生一批新兴学科和交叉学科，服务地方发展。

Abstract：Discipline construction is an important carrier of the connotation construction and high quality development of colleges and universities， and an important embodiment of the core competitiveness of colleges and universities. The result of the fourth round of discipline evaluation shows that there are relatively few subjects on the list in colleges and universities of Guizhou， lacking top and first￣class subjects， with relatively low overall level of subjects. Under the background of the “double first￣class” construction， the investment in discipline construction of local universities need to be increased by government in the west of China; and we should also focus on the innovation of system and mechanism， introduce and cultivate a group of high￣level talent discipline teams， focus on national strategy and local industrial development needs to refine the direction of characteristic disciplines， build discipline groups by the government and schools， establish interdisciplinary and large￣scale scientific organizations， so as to cultivate and produce a number of new disciplines and interdisciplinary disciplines， and serve local development.

2015年，国务院印发的《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》明确提出：要以学科为基础，引导和支持高等学校优化学科结构，凝练学科发展方向，突出学科建设重点，加快建成一批世界一流大学和一流学科。可见，学科是高等学校发挥人才培养、科学研究、服务社会和文化传承创新功能的核心载体，学科建设水平是高等学校核心竞争力的集中体现，加强学科建设与发展是全面提升高等学校办学质量，办人民满意高等教育的重要抓手和载体。西部省份经济、社会发展整体相对滞后，教育经费投入严重不足，高校总数、部属院校数、国家重点学科数、“双一流”建设高校学科数等均与中东部省份差距较大。这就需要全面分析本区域内高校学科发展状况，找出发展差距，整合有限资源，对区域内优势特色学科和具有较好发展潜力的学科给予重点投入建设，错位优势发展，切实提升学科建设水平，这是推进西部地方高校学科跨越式发展，实现一流学科建设的重要路径。……
