摘 要：通過实际调研发现，乌江山峡以其得天独厚的地质条件和舒适宜人的生态环境，是高度契合“五养三避”康养标准的旅游资源富集地。但由于多方面因素的制约，乌江山峡丰富的康养资源一直处于“养在深闺人未识”状态，亟待进一步规划和挖掘。本文提出了充分利用和开发乌江山峡康养资源优势，打造享誉海内外的山水特色康养旅游基地的思路，助推大健康背景下国家乡村振兴战略计划的发展，让土家儿女共享改革发展和旅游红利，实现贵州省委、省政府打造“山地公园省·多彩贵州风”旅游品牌的战略措施。

Abstract：Through practical investigation， this paper finds that Wujiangshan Gorge， with its unique geological conditions and pleasant ecological environment， is a rich tourist resource that highly conforms to the healthy standards of “five￣cultivation and three￣avoidance”. However， due to the limitation for various factors， the rich health resources in Wujiangshan Gorge have been in the situation of “hidden in an inner chamber， with no one knowing”， and need to be further planned and excavated. This paper puts forward the idea of making full use of and developing the advantages of the health resources in Wujiangshan Gorge to build a tourism base with famous landscape features at home and abroad， to promote the development of the national rural revitalization strategic plan under the background of enlarged health， to allow Tujia ethnic groups to share the reform and development and tourism dividends， and thus to realize the strategic measures of Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government to build a tourism brand of “Province of Mountain Park， with Colorful Guizhou Style”.

Key words：enlarged health; Wujianshan Gorge; health tourism; development and utilization  改革开放以来，我国社会经济的迅猛发展促进了人民物质文化和生活水平的迅速提高，国民在享受改革开放带来的成果的同时，因忽视生命健康而出现亚健康状态的人群越来越多，直接导致人民生活质量下降甚至影响到身体健康，为此耗费了大量的医保资源。基于此，党的十九大提出了“健康中国战略”，树立了习近平总书记提出的“既要金山银山，更要绿水青山”的大健康发展理念[1]。乌江山峡秉承“绿水青山”的独特资源优势和发展理念，亟待充分挖掘和利用其得天独厚的康养旅游资源，实现大健康背景下“体育+旅游”的康养旅游模式的孕育和发展。
