摘  要：高等教育飞速发展及民办高校异军突起，民办高校党的建设，特别是党风廉政建设，面临着非常大的挑战，民办高校党风廉政建设效果直接影响民办高校是否实现健康发展。民办高校属于市场化、公益性的教育行为，民办高校治理结构与公办高校治理结构存在着较大差异，教育信息、政策信息不对称催生了民办高校一些腐败行为，极大影响民办高校教育质量，同时阻碍民办高校健康发展。通过分析民办高校党风廉政建设必要性、民办高校在党风廉政建设方面存在的问题，结合民办高校产生腐败的原因提出民办高校党风廉政建设及纪委工作实践对策，为实现民办高校党风廉政建设规范化打下良好的基础。

Abstract： The rapid development of higher education and the emergence of private colleges and universities have sprung up. The party building of private colleges and universities， especially the building of a clean and honest government， is facing great challenges. The effect of building a clean and honest government on private colleges directly affects the healthy development of private colleges. Private colleges and universities are market-oriented and non-profit educational behaviors. There is a large difference between the governance structure of private colleges and public colleges and universities. The asymmetry in educational information and policy information has fostered some corrupt behaviors in private colleges， which greatly affects the quality of education in private colleges， at the same time hindering the healthy development of private universities. By analyzing the necessity of building a clean and honest government in the private universities and the problems existing in the building of the clean and honest government in the private universities， and combining the causes of corruption in the private universities， this paper proposes countermeasures for the building of the clean and honest government in the private universities and the work of disciplinary committees， in order to achieve a clean and honest government in the private universities， laying a good foundation for standardized construction.

從目前来看，民办高校蓬勃发展，但是民办高校发展中也面临着较大的矛盾，在法人治理结构上，民办高校与公办学校存在着较大的差别，并未实质性分权，监督机制、约束机制以及激励机制不足，滋生出不少腐败现象、腐败行为，阻碍民办高校进一步发展，同时也未真正体现出其公益性。当前需要重视民办高校反复倡廉建设，明确反腐倡廉建设任务，结合民办高校特点提升反复倡廉的科学化水平[1]。
