[摘 要]随着义务教育的普及，高校扩招政策的不断完善 ，我国大学生群体数量不断扩大。在提高我国国民基础素质及科学文化知识的同时，大学生的就业竞争愈发激烈，因此大学生的就业能力对其职业选择、未来发展十分重要。通过结构方程模型研究大学生可就业能力的影响因素，旨在帮助提高大学生就业能力，促进社会经济发展。

The Analysis of the Influencing Factors of the College Students' Employment Ability

Based on the Structural Equation Model

Abstract： The employment problem of college students has been attached great importance by the party and the state in recent years. With the popularization of compulsory education and the continuous improvement of the policy of expanding enrollment in colleges and universities， the number of college students in China is on the rise. While improving the basic quality and scientific and cultural knowledge of our country， the individual employment competition of college students is becoming stronger and stronger， so the employability of college students plays a very important role in their career choice and future development. This paper studies the factors that affect the employability of college students by constructing the structural equation model， in order to help improve the employment choice ability of college students， improve the employment level and promote the social and economic development.

一、引言

“就業能力”这一概念最早在1909年被国外学者Beverdge提出，他认为这种能力即是“可雇佣性“，是个体获得和保持工作的能力，后期，美国一些学者对此概念进行了丰富和延伸。由于各国社会背景、文化、学科领域等方面的不同 ，对这一概念的定义都有一定的差异。我国学者对于就业能力的定义提出了以下观点，如郑晓明（2002）认为就业能力是指大学生通过课程理论知识的学习和课余时间积极参加校园活动努力培养自身的综合素质，能都在走进职场时胜任工作，满足雇主的需求，实现自己的梦想和展现自身的价值的能力素质，是一种综合能力。朱新秤（2009）认为就业能力是个体在激烈的就业市场竞争中能够在走进职场很容易找到工作、胜任工作、持续工作、换取工作的综合能力素质。冯学东（2014）认为就业能力是劳动者具备的能够满足岗位需求的职业素质与能力。[1]国外学者Harvey（2001）[2]和 Fugate et al.（2004）[2]等的研究认为，就业能力是以人为中心的一种综合能力和素质的体现，受到很多因素的影响。……
