[摘要] 目的 观察妊娠期糖尿病患者接受联合护理干预模式后的妊娠结局及护理效果。 方法 选择该院2018年6月—2019年5月接诊的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者，随机分为常规组与联合组。常规组实施常规护理措施，联合组开展早期+常规护理模式。观察应用不同护理模式后的妊娠结局、护理水平及血糖水平情况。 结果 联合组新生儿窒息、胎儿宫内窘迫、早产等妊娠结局指标数据比对常规组更优（P<0.05）;联合组护理水平患者满意度比常规组更高（P<0.05）;联合组的糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖指标数据更优（P<0.05）。 结论 妊娠期糖尿病患者接受联合护理干预模式可稳定患者血糖水平，提升护理水平，改善护患关系，减少不良妊娠结局，应用价值高。

Effect of Early Nursing Intervention Combined with Routine Nursing on Pregnancy Outcomes of Gestational Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To observe the pregnancy outcomes and nursing effects of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus after receiving combined nursing intervention. Methods A total of 60 patients with gestational diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into conventional and combined groups. The routine group implements routine care measures， and the combined group developed an early + routine care model. Observe the pregnancy outcome， nursing level and blood glucose level after applying different nursing modes. Results The pregnancy outcome data of neonatal asphyxia， intrauterine distress， and preterm birth in the combined group were better than those in the conventional group（P<0.05）; the satisfaction level of patients in the combined group was higher than that in the conventional group（P<0.05）; saccharification data of hemoglobin， 2 h postprandial blood glucose， and fasting blood glucose in the combined group were better（P<0.05）. Conclusion The combined nursing intervention model for gestational diabetes patients can stabilize the blood glucose level of patients， improve the nursing level， improve the relationship between nurses and patients， reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes， and have high application value.

產科中多发的病症之一就是妊娠期糖尿病，我国大部分妊娠期糖尿病患者均在妊娠期出现的疾病糖代谢异常，极少数在妊娠前合并糖尿病，一般情况妊娠期糖尿病通过口服药物、注射胰岛素、运动及合理饮食等方法控制患者血糖水平，部分产妇在分娩后血糖水平可恢复正常，但多数产妇病情则会发展为2型糖尿病。经研究，妊娠糖尿病会影响产妇妊娠结局，例如早产、新生儿窒息、产后出血等病症，严重影响母婴健康。目前，临床认为对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施有效的护理配合可影响妊娠结局，提高护理质量，改善母婴预后，该次研究以该院于2018年6月—2019年5月收治的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者为对象，主要观察妊娠期糖尿病患者接受联合护理干预模式后的妊娠结局及护理效果，现报道如下。
