摘  要：通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、田野调查法等研究方法，对广西金秀瑶族传统体育的项目进行梳理，对项目保护的数量、类型及生存现状进行了调查分析，结果表明：法制保护和传承手段缺乏，人才断层、民族文化的缺失等几个方面对民族传统体育的传承产生了冲击，提出应制定地方性保护法规、传承人保护与培养机制和保持文化自觉等手段，来对瑶族传统体育来进行保护与传承。

Abstract： By using the methods of Literature Review， logical analysis and field investigation， this paper sorts out the items of traditional sports in Yao people， Guangxi， and investigates and analyzes the quantity， type and current situation of item protection The results show that the lack of legal protection and inheritance means， the talent gap and the lack of national culture have impacted on the inheritance of national traditional sports It is suggested that local laws and regulations， mechanism of protection and cultivation of inheritors， and cultural consciousness should be established to protect and inherit the Yao traditional sports.

金秀瑤族自治县是广西少数民族群居的县份，县内的11.45万人口中约有35%的瑶族人口，瑶族中又包括了盘瑶、茶山瑶、山子瑶、花篮瑶、坳瑶这5个支系。因少数民族居住人口比较多，为瑶族聚集居住地，因而在金秀瑶族地方有着许多的传统体育项目。比如竞技类、舞蹈类、展演类、游戏类等。

1  金秀瑶族传统体育代表项目

（1）长鼓舞。长鼓舞是金秀瑶族传统体育项目中代表性项目，在瑶族《过山榜》中就有关于长鼓舞的记载，它的历史超过1000年，起初是瑶族祖先用来进行祭祖的一种道具，通过长鼓舞祈求幸福生活。在宋代《桂海虞衡志》中也有关于长鼓舞记载“饶鼓瑶人乐，状如腰鼓腰长倍之上锐下侈亦以皮鞭植于地，坐村之”。随着时间推移，长鼓舞成为瑶族人民一种群众文化娱乐项目，在2008年6月以“Ⅲ-60”的遗产编号列入到传统舞蹈非物质文化遗产名录中。

（2）黄泥鼓舞。黄泥鼓舞是金秀瑶族的坳瑶支系代表传统体育项目，在2011年的时候列入到我国第三批国家级非物质文化遗产名录中。……
